摘要:In this talk, the
current research status on the recent developed new functions of conducting
polymer polyaniline (PANI) in the applications including heavy metal
adsorbents,giant magnetoresistance (GMR) sensors, coupling agents, and flame
retardants have beencritically reviewed. The magnetite/polyaniline nanocomposites
synthesized by surface initiated polymerization method exhibited a superior
Cr(VI) removal performance within the whole pH range and the presence o f Fe3O4 core favored there cycle of the magnetite/polyaniline
nanocomposites. Besides, we studied the effects of dopant, oxidant and dose of
oxidants on the GMR of pure PANI. Specifically, 53% of GMR value at room temperature
was obtained in the p-toluene sulfonic acid (PTSA) doped pure PANI synthesized
by ammonium persulfate (APS). A room temperature GMR value of 65.5% was observed
in the phosphoric acid (H3PO4) doped pure PANI oxidized by APS. Meanwhile, we applied
the PANI to improve the nanofiller dispersion and interfacial interaction by
serving as coupling agent between nanofillers and epoxy resin. The tensile
strength of epoxy nanocomposites was hugely increased up to 85% compared with
pure epoxy resin. Finally, after introduction of phosphoric acid doped PANI
into silica/epoxy nanocomposites, the heat release rate of epoxy was obviously
decreased, exhibiting an improved flame retardant property.
简介:谷红波,女,博士,助理教授、硕士生导师。2008和2014年在哈尔滨工业大学分别获学士和博士学位(硕博连读)。2011-2013年期间在国家留学基金委(CSC)资助下作为联合培养博士研究生到美国拉玛尔大学从事了2年科学研究工作。2014年9月加入同济大学化学科学与工程学院。主要从事高分子纳米复合材料的结构/功能一体化设计、制备及应用研究工作。现任中国复合材料学会青年工作委员会委员,中国复合材料学会会员、中国材料研究学会会员和中国化学会会员。担任Advanced Composites and Hybrid Materials期刊编委,ACS Applied Materials &Interfaces,Journal
of Materials of Chemistry C,ACS Sustainable Chemistry
& Engineering等30余个期刊的通讯审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金1项、上海市科学技术委员会科研计划项目1项,重点实验室开放课题基金和其他项目2项。入选2016-2018年中国科协“青年人才托举工程”和“上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划”。截止目前,已在Chemical Society Reviews,Advanced Materials和Journal of Materials Chemistry A等国际期刊发表SCI论文近70篇(第一或通讯作者30余篇),SCI引用1560余次,H因子26,入选ESI高被引论文1篇,1篇文章入选Polymer杂志2011年以来引用率最高的25篇文章。
